Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Giga-Sphere OS, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Giga-Sphere OS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information through its websites and applications, including the gigasphere.io site, the Giga-Fleet fleet-compliance product, the Giga-Books tax-intelligence product, and the BTX Express driver-support application (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Email address and name
• Login session data (authentication tokens, sign-in timestamps)
• Compliance documents you upload (permits, inspections, BOLs)
• Vehicle data and driver records
• For Giga-Books users only: financial and tax data ingested through Plaid

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to deliver the Service, authenticate users, maintain compliance records, generate reminders, and respond to support requests.

3. Third Parties We Share With

We share information only with the service providers required to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Plaid — financial data (Giga-Books users only)

We do not sell or otherwise share personal information with third parties beyond the providers listed above for service delivery.

4. WORM Evidence Logs

Compliance records stored in the Service are sealed in a write-once, read-many (WORM) evidence log by design and retained for the period required by FMCSA, DOT, and other applicable regulations. By using the Service, you acknowledge that sealed records cannot be altered or deleted, including in response to a deletion request.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, except for WORM-sealed compliance records that we are required to retain for regulatory purposes.

6. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected about them and may request deletion of that information, subject to the WORM exception above. We do not sell personal information.
